When Christopher & Martina Kostow approached us about creating the house blend for Loveski, their acclaimed deli coming to Jackson Square, we knew exactly what it needed to be: a blend with a roast as intentional as everything that comes out of their kitchens- fresh, high quality and has a wonderfully clean finish.

Chef Kostow is the youngest American-born chef to earn three Michelin stars and a James Beard Award winner. Loveski — Team Kostow’s modern, California-inflected take on the Jewish deli tradition — has earned a devoted following in Napa and Marin, with the Chronicle crowning their bagels #1 in the Bay Area.

Now we’ve roasted a blend to compliment a Loveski bagel or our famous malted chocolate chip cookie.
